Had a lovely meal here. Very cozy, village pub vibes. The staff were lovely and took great care of us. Meal wasn't cheap, but wasn't unreasonable. We had burgers and the Stilton sauce with mine was exceptional. Would have loved dessert, but we were absolutely stuffed! Only downside was our table was a little cramped, but that being said we could have eaten outside, I'm sure.

My mum and I went for a roast dinner on Sunday and it was possibly the best roast dinner we have ever had! We both opted for pork and the cracking was amazing! Lovely veg, spuds, yorkie pudd and an unexpected pig in a blanket. Love the cauliflower cheese that some places change extra for. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

We have a lovely meal and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had gluten free fish and chips and my wife had a spicy chicken dish. Both were delicious and big portions. The menu was very good and for me the gluten free menu was excellent with a lot of choice. Their range of beers available was also excellent. Can't wait to have Sunday Lunch here. Highly recommended. Lovely traditional English pub with super food.

Myself partner and his son went for evening meal 30/4/25 6.30 very quiet unfortunately my meal contained a human hair which made me feel sick the meal was replaced with another and I got charged for it ! Will never set foot in lamb and flag again also my partner is a chef he said the food is very poor !!!

Visited The Lamb & Flag Inn early Sunday evening, while staying close by.
It was quiet in the bar, recieved a very warm and friendly welcome from all the staff.
The real ale was well kept and tasty.
We come from just outside London so the prices were very competitive.
Plenty of parking to the side.
Has limited dinning hours and they recommend we book if we wanted to eat next time.
The bar was tipical old English pub, with fishing and family pictures, a open fire., very nice.
I would return if passing and would recommend.
