I have dealt with Ely Water Beds since 2003, in all, four transactions (including the purchase of two beds. During this time I have yet to find another retailer, in whatever line they ,ay be, that can give this level of service. It is nothing less than first class. Very highly recommended

We visited Isle of Ely Waterbeds at the start of March to see what stability mattress we wanted. We tried them and spoke to Michael who was very Knowledgeable and helpful,he did not give us the hard sell and actually saved us money by his advice which was spot on, so a big thank you and if you need any waterbed products or advice I would look no further.Highly recommended.

I have dealt with this company 3 times now for various bits for my bed and today he sorted me out of a bad situation again. I drained my bed incorrectly and moves the fibres within, instead of insisting I purchased a new mattress, he was more than happy to solve my situation for a lot less cost! I would definitely recommend a purchase from this company and I shall continue to to do business with ISLE OF ELY WATERBEDS
