Website states pop in to show room always welcome maybe even get a cup of coffee. I popped in after having phoned in advance but was not made to feel welcome more of an inconvenience. Store has delusions of grandeur.

From the moment I walked into DeVal bathrooms and spoke to Cheryl I knew I would have a 5* experience! I had been to a number of other companies around Cambridge but DeVal stood out, they are are a high quality but competitive bathroom design company and helped us achieve our vision for our en-suite to budget, working with us to design the bathroom, source products and then worked with our own installer to deliver the bathroom on time and to a superb specification! Cheryl was very knowledgeable on all products, has great attention to detail and often went over and above but always remained calm! We LOVE our new bathroom and would absolutely recommend DeVal, fantastic company and customer service!

Choosing the right combination of bathroom fittings and tiles for four bathrooms in one go is a daunting task! Our experience with Cheryl and her wonderful team at DeVal Bathrooms made the job of navigating this process so much easier. Guiding anyone to the right combination of tiles for floors and walls requires a lot of experience, which DeVal seems to have loads of. This resulted in the creation of stunning designs, all of which we are delighted with. Cheryl was always available to help, with her amazing attention to detail, fast response, impressive knowledge of products and calming influence during our new build experience, which took away so much stress. We cannot recommend DeVal Bathrooms highly enough. If we could give them 10 stars rather the full five here, we would have done so - thank you so much!

We bought our bathroom fittings from DeVal and couldn't be more pleased with the products and the service. Cheryl was super helpful in advising us what to choose, everything was checked before delivery and delivered promptly. We used our own fitter and DeVal were very helpful in answering questions and getting us help with installing the taps (Graff seem to have their own particular way of doing things!). Would definitely recommend!

We cant speak highly enough of the workmanship and professionalism of James, Cheryl and team. On the design side Cheryl always listened and came up with imaginative ways of meeting our expectations which wasn?t necessarily easy. On the implementation side James and team consistently delivered despite the challenges of COVID and all the incidental daily bumps along the way . COVID meant that we and they spent considerably longer on the project than was originally anticipated but at the end of an arduous haul we have three stunning new bathrooms and a cloakroom to thank Deval for. Throughout the process they have always listened to us and made adjustments as and when required. We would sincerely recommend them for anyone contemplating bathroom installation

James and his team installed a new bathroom and stand up shower. They were timely, professional and well organised, and the job was completed with the minimum of fuss. The two units look stunning, but more importantly taking a bath or shower is a real pleasure and everything is working as it should. We recently had 3 bathrooms completely gutted and rebuilt and a new WC room created in our home by DeVal Bathrooms and were highly impressed with their advice and work, and the way in which these were delivered.Initially we were unsure as to what exactly we wanted. James in particular had some excellent ideas that we had not previously considered and explained these, and answered our questions, clearly and patiently. Cheryl was very helpful in terms of design advice.The work started on the day expected and was preceded by an onsite briefing in which the work and schedule for the project was confirmed. During the project we were given very useful and regular updates so we were always fully informed about what to expect.The team worked very efficiently and effectively and were always tidy and considerate. The areas they worked in were always left spotless at the end of each day. James has a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of bathroom construction and an eye for perfection. He was a very hands on project manager and ensured all aspects of the work were completed to a consistent and very high standard.The Deval team and subcontractors were a pleasure to have in our home and we were absolutely delighted with the entire process from start to finish, and are extremely pleased with the final outcome.We cannot recommend them highly enough

Quality team, workmanship, and choice of products (way more than we imagined you could have for bathrooms!).As with any major project (complete overhaul and expansion of bathroom and new downstairs toilet), there were a couple of adjustments needed along the way. However, we were always reassured by the speed of response - as well as the quality and professionalism of the work. They were also just nice people to work with.It's been 5 years now since we made this our first big home improvement, and safe to say we're still very happy (especially underfloor heating on a winter's morning!), and would definitely recommend DeVal Bathrooms.
