We stumbled across this amazing place while we were staying off the grid locally and had to return to civilisation to make an emergency call.
The staff / owners were so helpful and accommodating that the cake was amazing, as was the quality of the coffee.
My labourers loved the complementary sausages.
Thank you once again for being so helpful we will 100% be returning.

A incredibly excellent brunch/ breakfast. Extremely High standards. Indoor or outdoor seating. Just wonderful, very attentive.

Lovely English breakfast...local produce. Coffee was great as was fresh orange juice. Service was great. Caters very well for dogs (Ollie - English Pointer)....got a few sausages of his own gratis ?? Would recommend ?

The owner of this cafe is a very angry, pathetic individual, who appears to think he is above others. He speaks to customers in a derogatory manner including my husband who is clearly disabled. His attitude actually ended up ruining our day. Avoid at all costs. Far better places available in the nearby vicinity.

Visited the Bircham Stores Café for breakfast . We were greeted at the door by a friendly gent who said we could sit where we wanted, so we chose the table by the window, he offered us fruit juices or water on the table to drink before we?d sat down! We asked for an apple and an orange juice and they were quickly brought to our table. The menu was presented with the addition of a special of caramelised figs. The café inside was bright and airy with a wonderful little courtyard outside, which would have been lovely had the weather been better. There is also an outside bar tucked away in the adjoining garage which is a nice touch. We didn?t take long to decide what we were having, and a young lady came over to take our order. We had the avocado on toast with chilli jam, with the addition of grilled Halloumi, and the Kedgeree. We had a little wait for the food, but my word was it worth it. Plentiful and beautifully presented and so tasty. The Kedgeree was nicely spiced with a generous portion of smoked haddock and two perfectly cooked poached eggs. The avocado came on a large piece of toasted Focaccia with perfectly cooked poached eggs, a two generous slices of grilled Halloumi. I had a flat white with mine which was a lovely cup of coffee for the morning.

This was such a lovely shop, great local produce and the food was so good. Probably the best sandwich I?ve ever had. Staff were really friendly and service was fast.

I think I can safely say these were the best ciabatta sandwiches I?ve ever had. The BLT and chicken/avocado ones were so good! The coffee was lovely too. The only reason I put 4 stars is because the kitchen seemed to let a little bit of smoke into the seating area, that?s all. Food was amazing and staff are lovely ??

Food was lovely , great choice and fresh. Coffee was okay, very hot but not much flavour, even for a latte. Found a quiet place to sit and eat , very friendly staff and owner, made me feel welcome ?Parking: Parking right outside the store, and on the road out front too.
