Nicola at House of Flags has been fantastic from the start - we ordered a large number of feather flags for use at our weekly events, both indoor & outdoor. We needed them to be lightweight & portable but also durable and remain in good condition after heavy usage. Nicola found us the perfect product and we are really happy with them, after 6 months of being built & taken down every weekend, they still look brand new! I would highly recommend House of Flags for their great service and reliable products.

For some reason this company thought I'd be happy with our logo (with text) printed backwards on a feather banner. I wouldn't mind if this was a simple mistake on my side, but they'd done the artwork (and I'd paid for the privilege). Yes, I approved the artwork but didn't think they would actually print it backwards (beneath the artwork it says 'Mirror' image not 'We're actually printing your logo backwards'). You'd have thought they'd processed hundreds of orders where a logo with text was part of the artwork, but clearly every day is a school day at House of Flags. Avoid.

Working in the events industry means lots of last minute changes to design and quantity and House of Flags haven't failed us yet - their service is second to none. They have a great selection that are very high quality. I highly recommend!
