Today I was shocked at whsimith, which I go to 2-3 days a week.
The lady who served me said that she would not serve me, she said it in an angry way.
When I asked why, her told me in a funny way that I had been huffing many times before while waiting in line, I couldn't wait for my turn to come, it bothered her , so her said she wouldn't serve me, then her told me that she had told her manager too.
I asked him where ur manager was and she said she wasn't here. Then I told her that I wouldn't leave until the manager came and then he called her manager 2 meters away.
Then the manager came and I explained it in a nice way and he had served me many times before and never had problem with her
She ask me what I wanted in an understanding manner and did it, I thank her
But I would advise you to pay attention to the lady serving before, please wait in your line without huffing, let her do her job comfortably, be understanding even if it takes a long time, because your rush is not more important than the lady's rush.

20/02/25 at roughly 12:30 I was waiting in line for the post office - the line was being held up by an incredibly difficult woman who was being rude to the two lovely ladies that were working the post office. The pair of them handled the situation very well, being nice and respectful of the customer despite how rude she was being to them, and then served me and helped me out with my package (10/10 service by the way).
Both employees were incredible and did a fantastic job, I wish I had caught their names!

Only visited post office within WHSmith, although enjoyed a quick look around. Store clean and tidy with very helpful staff. Only real downside is price point items are always more expensive than other local shops including small locals that do not have the same purchasing power.

Huge range of books, magazines stationary and a post-office at the back. Great opening hours. Fully accessible and friendly staff. Who are always willing to help. Post office is great too.

A very long wait for the post office on a Saturday afternoon/eve about 4.30pm Only one person in attendance on Travel money ... Nobody on PO section.

Post office is situated in the back of WHSmiths. I picked up this book and the Lady who served me gave me 10% off as the corner of the Front cover was bent, she didn't have to do this as I didn't ask. Super friendly staff and some good offers. Excellent selection of Magazines and everything you need for studies! ???

wh smith - totally disconnected custom experience. Wanted a magazine it was all battered missing pages wouldn't discount. Then I saw this.... iphone lightning cable. Amazon 99p for 3 average £1.20 on ebay but no not in Smithes, Smithes are too good for proper pricing. Look at the pic attached. £20.00. I thought I was seeing things. Smithes - totally disconnected fro their customers and soon to join the lite of admistrated stores it will be a slow death for Smiths I think. don't come here. Rip off.

I came in on Sunday 18th July with a faulty charger I bought there some months earlier. I have got to say the staff were absolutely fantastic, nothing was a problem for them at all. They did everything they could have done and more. Thankyou again for your help today

This is a good size whsmiths with plenty of choice, I do like the great choice of magazines, the staff are helpful to.
