The staff members who were there are lovely, helpful and respectful.I booked first thing on Wednesday morning, the optician (OA) is good. The lady (JW) is nice. And the gentleman who saw me first is kind. They are all professionals too. Thank you!

Visited Huntington branch for an eye test, this week then wanted to think about the next step. Returned two branch 20 minutes later to order new lenses for my glasses and the lady that served me is clearly very experienced warm, friendly and an asset to the business .

There was a young female who completed the tests before seeing the optician. She was a little rude as she did not explain where I needed to look during one of the tests, resulting in a little bit of attitude from her when we had to repeat them. She was also quietly laughing when I had to do another test. I was not too sure what was funny.
However the optician was great and had grest customer service. Jocelyn was amazing, fabulous customer service/care. I did not feel rushed when picking new glasses. She supported me with which pair suited me and made sure they were right. Even when I went back the next day to collect something which was recommended she was very friendly and had great customer service.

Arrived 5 minutes early as requested, then kept waiting for 20 minutes plus. Stuff happens, I get that, but an apology would have been nice. Consultation carried out by a graduate optometrist who was a bit brusque, but very efficient nonetheless - fine by me but might be uncomfortable for anyone nervous
