Fantastic customer service! I dealt with Matt who was very helpful and managed to locate a spare box of tiles from the same batch as those used in my bathroom, which I needed for repair works. He went above and beyond to get these shipped from another store which was hugely appreciated.

All the guys in this store are so helpful and accommodated my partner and me coming in numerous times asking daft questions! Grateful for you helping to put us at ease over the travertine wall tiles we bought for our kitchen, which we absolutely LOVE by the way. Bought some sample tiles and asked for advice on laying tiles and Tia was so helpful and friendly. Vast displays of good quality tiles. Will definitely be back once we've made a decision on the tiles.
