The staff are really friendly, helped me with what I needed. Store wasn?t busy for a Saturday but I?ve always found that the works are never really busy anyways. The only reason for the 4 star is because some things are very pricy, otherwise can?t really complain.

Love the works. Great place for cheap craft items. Good selection of discounted books too. Sometimes hard to get a mobility scooter in here. So this shop has been avoided alot in the past

I love going into the works that staff are lovely and very helpful.Everything in there are very layed out you can see what they have without moving anything if you can't see what you want the girls in there will see if anything is still in the back room I'm always in there asking for bits.Keep up the good work.Love sam xx

Only allow 6 in shop at time understandable but you can't see how many are in the shop and noone at door or till to guide you. Asked young girl if they had a certain item and response was ' I don't think so ' so I said is that I don't think so definitely maybe or not sure, she said I will go look and found what I needed glad I didn't leave after her 1st answer.

Small shop with limited range but what they have is good quality at fare prices. Not always the cheapest but definitely worth a look.

Love The Works. Great books, art and gifts at good prices. Always difficult to get around the shop as it's not big enough with all the products.
