It looks and feels like a five-star hotel, with beautifully designed interiors and tasteful furnishings, but what truly sets it apart is the staff, their kindness, patience, and professionalism are evident in every interaction. Had a warm welcome from Dominic (Community Engagement Lead) who gave .e a tour in this amazing place on 19/6. Well equipped facilities for various needs and well thought out. Jessa ( care home manager) is helpful and friendly. She is forward thinking, looking into involving the home with research projects that will improving standard of care.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Chase care home. The home itself is beautiful and absolutely spotless. Every single member of the team I met was friendly and professional and seeing how they engaged with the residents was just lovely. I had lunch in the Bistro which was delicious and beautifully presented and I overheard some very positive comments about the food from residents! Whilst I was there the residents were having a meeting so that they could share their thoughts and ideas with the team.

As soon as you walk through the doors to The Chase you are welcomed. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. They always go the extra mile. I happened to attend an event on my birthday and Karolina gave me a cinema experience for up to 9 people. The evening was amazing with popcorn, crisps and drinks laid on. I was made to feel truly special. We also attend the Dementia fish and chip Fridays, once a month and are so well looked after. My father, who has Dementia, really enjoys the attention the staff give him and we always leave on high spirits. The Chase is fantastic!

The Chase is a 5 star Care home which deserves a 5 star rating right across the board. All of the staff are caring, friendly and professional and helped David feel at home straight away. Two days into his Respite David was saying he wanted to stay permanently! Keep up the good work.

Having moved our Dad to here from another Care Home in Huntingdon from Feb 25, the difference is immense.
The chase offer proper Care and the attention to his needs are met above and beyond. The accommodation is like a luxury hotel and the food is restaurant quality with care and quality of ingredients top notch.
We would strongly recommend The Chase to people looking to have their family looked after.

Since we moved our dad into the Chase from another care home the change in him has been incredible. He?s always happy and smiling, he loves the singers that they get in as he just loves dancing. We love the enthusiasm from all the staff and the food is amazing and wouldn?t be out of place in a 5* restaurant. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. As a family we are so grateful that we were able to get dad into the Chase

My father was moved to The chase from another care home . He has dementia so I was very apprehensive about moving him and how he would settle. I didn?t need to worry because he has settled so well.
The carers, each and every member of staff go above and beyond for all the residents.
The food is outstanding. There is always something going on that the event staff organise and they encourage the residents to join in which most do.
The whole feel of the chase makes it feel you are in a 5* all inclusive hotel !
Thank you all for making my dad happy and content and making us as a family relax knowing he is getting the best care

I went to do some entertainment at the Chase yesterday and was blown away by the place. The home itself is like a 5 star hotel, beautifully furnished, bright and airy and it had a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were lovely, warm and upbeat, and the residents clearly very happy to be there.

My mum has just had her 94th birthday. She was on a short term residency at The Chase for 3 weeks. The staff found out and arranged a party for her. I thought that was very kind, but we were all so surprised at what they did for my Mum. There was food and drink of excellent quality, some great decoration and because we had little ones there there was an entertainer, face painting (which most if the adults also did) and a visit from the Disney character Stitch. It was excellent and we all had a great time. But the amazing thing was they didn't charge a penny. What a great service. Well done The Chase so impressed.

The Chase is truly exceptional and we feel so fortunate as a family to have found it. It is the most beautiful setting and the facilities are incredible. There is a range of varied and wonderful activities daily with something to suit everyone. The in house catering is also phenomenal, and this is extended not only to the residents but their friends and family, meaning we were able to celebrate family milestones, like Birthdays, easily together.
However, what sets the Chase apart from other settings is the team there. Everyone is exceptionally kind, friendly, and caring. Nothing phases them, or is too much to ask. They do everything to enhances the lives of the residents there and their families and we feel truly indebted to them for the care they provided and kindness they showed my Grandma.
The Chase enhanced so many aspects of my Grandma's life and gave her so many opportunities, from the wonderful activities or trips out, to the different facilities available to use. It created the perfect setting for us to spend be able to spend quality time together as a family and we have lots of happy memories spent there.
In difficult times, they offered so much support and care and really felt like an extension to our family. The treated my Grandma with so much dignity and respect and everything was done to ensure she was as comfortable and happy as possible. Nothing was ever too much to ask and our experience with the Chase was truly outstanding. They allowed us to spend invaluable time together as a family and we are so incredibly grateful to every single member of the team. I cannot recommend the Chase more highly, or thank the team enough for everything they have done.

I had a meeting at The Chase in November. What an amazing place.. it was like a 5 star hotel. The welcome was great professional and friendly. I was shown to the meeting room a few floors up. The floor was empty but all the bedroom doors were open. The rooms were stunning to such a high standard, I had to keep reminding myself this was a care home.. we had a lovely meeting in a beautiful room with a small kitchen, we had tea coffee, juices and water. After the meeting we had a buffet, it was a very high quality of food, delicious x
We were really looked after and such a beautiful place. The manager was also really lovely, very approachable and can tell she loved working at The Chase.

I accidentally stumbled upon this care home while waiting for my son's dance class nearby. I noticed the bistro through the window and, since it was freezing outside, I asked if I could buy a coffee. Although this bistro doesnt sell coffee they still made me one, and I was so grateful. They were incredibly warm and accommodating, especially seeing me with my 16-month-old baby.
This experience truly touched me. The atmosphere was so friendly and inviting that it made me want to work there! I would highly recommend this care home not only for its services but also as a wonderful ladies that work there, made me feel like at home. It?s rare to find such kindness and warmth.
Thank you to the amazing staff for such a lovely experience!
