My friend and I met half way between our homes and found the Barley Mow. Claire is wonderful and we had the best night. Such a great atmosphere. We can't wait to come again!

Not had food since under new ownership. Previously food on poor quality side. But have to say omg fantastic food for a Sunday. Brie followed by chicken roast then crumble of the day with custard. Amazing price as well but have to say food was to die for. Well done and look forward to the next visit ?

Food was absolutely amazing, atmosphere was so cosy, and overall I highly recommend! The servers are brilliant too, especially Daisy, she was so sweet and helpful and made our experience much more enjoyable! :)

A lovely pub with great beer, great service and a fair selection of beer. A friendly place and an easy place to chill. The lunch time menu is cheap and more than worth it. I will return.

Christmas day meal appalling. 2 slices of cold beef, and 4 halves of potatoes, 4 Brussels and 4 Carrott each, no Yorkshire etc. Very poor meal. Truffles? Non existent, in their place one strawberry each dipped on chocolate. Trifle, in a glass, tinned raspberries and custard and cream. Starter dried up duck. Paid £150 for 2. Absolutely disgraceful. I have been supporting this pub for years and have, on the past not been disappointed, now reluctant to bring my group for linch
