I bought two gift cards from Tesco and when I gave them to my friend it turned out to be empty, we checked and the second time I went to the store it was also empty. I think if they are already selling gift cards, the store must be responsible for the gift cards because they sell empty ones later and do not want to take responsibility. There is no truth in this Tesco!!!!!!! Absurd?!!!!!!! and they did not refund me!!!!!! Scammers, be careful when buying gift cards Tesco!!!!!!

I went to the pharmacy today to pick up my prescription. The pharmacist had not turned up. I understand that by law, you can not give a prescription, even a ready prescription without one on the premises. I was more annoyed because when I went back again later, they were closed from 2.30 to 3.30. This was not too bad for me because I can drive, and I always make sure that I am not short of medication. I would have been even more furious otherwise

My complaint is actually about the Huntington Road store in York and l've tried to do it on-line, but Tesco's make it so hard for you to bring any problems to their attention. I realise they may not like to hear about when staff get it wrong, but an easier complaint system needs to be put in place, not that it matters to me, because l will absolutely never go in there again, two Spar's nearby and they're getting my money from now on.

For being bumped into by staff to feeling like your in the way by others. To rude staff on the checkout.out of all your only two of them where nice and we shopped here all week.. bank hoilday Monday older lady in the bakery very polight and nice and so was the chap on the main entrance desk was nice too .He mention the bosses name gary to me. Generaly your staff are bloody rude and can't be bothered attitude.
