No prescription completed the day before so I agreed to come back at 8am sharp to collect as again I had to be somewhere ànd would be in a rush . Get here at 8am only to fund it still wasn't completed and I needed to wait again even after being told it would be ready for collection at 8 am.Awful service if I could give it zero stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Everytime we bring a prescription they never have it, you stand queuing for ages whilst they chat and ignore you. So don't waste your time going there. Today was frustrating as asked for virasoothe, for shingles, same virus as chicken pox. Refused to sell it to me as she didnt know the two were the same virus and only licensed for chicken pox. Tesco please sort your pharmacy out and put educated assistants behind the counter!! So frustrating when you have poorly kids at home to met with stupidity. I would close pharmacy down, does not help the community whatsoever with their no stock or uneducated assistants.

Waited 5 minutes for the staff to stop talking/laughing amongst themselves eventually served by a sullen assistant who listened complete disinterested then relayed info to pharmacist who was reluctant to come and speak to the person needing help. Poor service and not what pharmacists are proclaiming to provide. Use a different pharmacy

Dont waste your time sending prescriprions here, wait 30 mins to speak to someone, then the fobbing off starts: come back in 2 days, then come back tomorrow, then sorry can you wait another hour, then they dont give you full prescription.Total joke.

Staff very bad, no customer service, you should be ashamed. Would give no stars if possible!!!Why have a pharmacy in Tesco if can't do the service correctly!

Honestly worst experience I have had with a pharmacy. Staff stand behind counter having a chat, look to see the long queue and continue their chat. 30 minutes pass and the same people are still queuing for their prescriptions. Can?t even use the excuse of no staff, 4 of them behind the counter having a nice little chinwag. Sort yourselves out Tesco, ridiculous.
