We visited each carpet shop in Huntingdon, looking for carpets for our children's bedrooms. Tapi had the best selection, best prices, best customer service. They were the best in every category you'd want in a carpet store.We have had good service from Tapi when they were just in Homebase, and it has only improved for moving to a bigger store. Highly reccommmend!

Absolute fantastic service from Melvyn at the huntingdon store .Purchased carpet and had it delivered a couple of days later from the professional fitters .we cut the carpet to size for our needs and returned them to the store to have the edges bound which what was also done in a couple of days .No pressure selling from any of the guys and very helpful .Times are tough at the moment but when you have staff like those at hand you should reward them accordingly.

A medium size store with plenty of options if you?re interested in purchasing carpets or laminate floors. The products were nicely organised and the store had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The person helping us spent sufficient time with us and asked several relevant questions in order to provide the best solution to us. He was fully engaged with his customers/us at all time. The prices were reasonable. We were able to purchase the material required and book the right people to fit the floors in our new house. Overall, I am very happy with the service we received and will certainly visit the store again, if and when required.

I don't often leave reviews but in this case Tapi Carpets in Huntingdon absolutley deserve one. The guy in store called James was a pleasure to deal with, there was no salesy flannel , just good, solid, intelegent advice that was appreciated. The carpet was fitted quickly, and to a high standard. All in all I am a very happy customer. Well done Tapi

Extremely poor customer service from Lewis Stacey. He was disgustingly rude to my Mum and Grandma. Shouted at them across the store and had absolutely appalling behaviour. He has made my Grandmas first experience out after lockdown a very negative one.
