Wanted to use the beauty studio and they were fully booked for the whole day which is fair. Went in another day and ask to book an appointment for the following day, they said they don?t take bookings, so I?m very confused. Went in mid day today and a woman was just sitting there unbothered and unhappy. I asked for a lash lift and told me she?s going home soon and won?t have time? I thought they closed at 5? And also recommended I don?t use their services as they aren?t very good?! Will go elsewhere next time.

Team leader was well rude to me and my mum, shop is a tip, too bright blue lighting down first aisle.
Staff are miserable and rude, worst place to shop in Huntingdon ever.

So much stock piled into the first aisle in additional display stands it's impossible to get down it with a buggy or wheelchair.
