That's it! I've had enough now. Being going here every other Sunday for a while now and the service (never amazing) is just getting worse and worse.
Staff are clearly not trained and have little guidance. How can two sandwiches take 30 minutes when I'm the only customer in the shop?
Sandwiches look they have been put together by some sort of animal with hooves rather than with hands. Bread not cut down the middle so sandwiches fall about in your hands. Items often missing from the menu. The number of people I've seen walk out due to the long waits is unreal.
Used to love a good Subway, which is why I've kept going back, but that's it, I might try a subway somewhere else at some point, but as far as I'm concerned, I'll get my families lunch somewhere else from now on.

Before I even entered the store the manager was giving me dirty looks (never met this manager before) as soon as I?d come in went and hid out back completely ruined my experience food was good staff was chatty and welcoming but manager ruined it

Absolutely useless staff.
Multiple times I've been here. Every single time issues with my order.
Even when I try ordering on Uber eats, 4x now my order has been cancelled then magically EVERYTHING is out of stock so can't reorder. Why put yourselves on the app if you never accept the orders?
