Asked to warm up the almond croissant but the lady was too lazy and said that they are not allowed to warm up the almond croissant due to the top of it burning people lips. Have you ever heard such a thing? They warm up my croissants in every starbucks i have ever been. They actually ask... would you like that warmed up?
rest of the young girls were swearing and laughing like they were on a night out. Rude. Never going back to this starbucks. Terrible management and staff.

Didn?t have anything available, no almond milk, no syrup, no fudge brownie hot chocolate. Being at a service station, really should stock up..

Oh dear what can I say, the staff are very friendly but they can't make Starbucks drinks ? This is my 2nd visit, I visited in the Summer and had the worse Frappuccino every, it was undrinkable ? We stopped going and would stop further along the A14 or on the M6 but today I was thirsty and decided to give it another go, oh how I wish I hadn't I wasted my money and literally couldn't drink my drink I felt physically sick ? Gutted I wasted my money, I love Starbucks but it's a luxury and I can't afford to waste my money on drinks made by untrained staff. Please Starbucks give these lovely people some proper training ?
