It's almost amusing how much the staff here despise customers. Two blokes having a chat, clearly annoyed by a customer asking if they have a pair of trainers in a certain size. Then the bigger one throws in a dash of patronising the customer to boot. As I left, I glanced over to see the pair carrying on their little chat like a couple of school kids. It's always the same in this store. I'm done with that shop now. I hope it closes down

10 minutes looking for staff to get my size shoes.
Left after 15min waiting for my size, as all the staff looked more interested in their phones, than actually hellping to the customers.

Sonella opened the shop for me and my friend despite being about to close it when it got to 5.30pm. She was very patient and we managed to pick up our hiking trainers for tomorrow

Incredibly rude staff. Woman at till very moody and spoke to us in a rude tone mumbling her words. Not an inviting place at all NEVER shopping at sports direct again horrendous company with rubbish quality products

Diabolical customer service! Very rude staff. Any time you ask for help, they act like they can't be bothered and pull faces as if they hate the job. Also some of them really need to consider having a shower before coming to work. If I could I would give a 0 star rating.

Shop filthy, boxes everywhere, poor customer service and staff member in the store room quite obviously didn't have a clue what they were doing.

Absolutely shocked and offended by the staff in this shop! I popped in for an exchange on a pair of trainers I had purchased 6 days ago. I took the trainers and the new pair I wanted in exchange to the cashier, she asked me if the box the trainers I was returning was damaged when I purchased them 6 days earlier. When I responded with yes her reply was " I doubt it ".
Absolutely stunned I replied with " it actually was and I was shocked it was on the shop floor in that state "
Honestly I worked in retail for a long time and would of got a disciplinary for back chatting a customer. Since when is it ok to talk to a member of the public/ stranger in such a rude manner. Time and time again I'm disgusted with the attitude of the staff at this particular branch.

It's got good selection of Football Stuff but doesn't really go with other sports like basketball that much

Disgusting shop with rude manager. Went to exchange a slightly product and was accused by the store manager of causing the damage through attempted theft! It was fully tagged and I had the receipt. When I complained and said I would report him he laughed me out of the shop. Either it's company policy to encourage their staff to be as difficult as possible or he's just a rotten human being. Customer service no help at all, they say if it's an in-store purchase they can't help. No sincere apology, high street scam artists is what they are. Never using them again.

I get Really bad experience every time I visit Huntingdon Sport Direct outlet. Staff doesn't help at all. They think that customers going to buy the items for free. Please top management need to check this customer complain and evaluate the staff customer service. Customers pop in to this store because of the brand which available otherwise they won't come. thoroughly Disappointing about the service that Staff provide to the customers. I have been to other sports direct Stores, This is the worst Sports direct store I have visited.
