It's almost amusing how much the staff here despise customers. Two blokes having a chat, clearly annoyed by a customer asking if they have a pair of trainers in a certain size. 10 minutes looking for staff to get my size shoes.
Left after 15min waiting for my size, as all the staff looked more interested in their phones, than actually hellping to the customers.

Sonella opened the shop for me and my friend despite being about to close it when it got to 5.30pm. She was very patient and we managed to pick up our hiking trainers for tomorrow
