The shell app was not working properly he help me and guide me very well
He deals other customers as well and he also give me extra time . He was very nice and smiling face . He explained me the points and rewards system .

Thought my old girl was beyond repair. Couple of weeks, and lots of work later, and I drove her out this morning. Thanks to all the team for looking after my E46. Fingers crossed I get a few more years out of her yet.
