A very tired room that was in desperate need of decorating and remodelling. The floorboards creaking both in our room and the room above kept us awake. The room was too hot, no Aircon and if you opened the window, the noise made it impossible to sleep. Travel a few extra miles and stay at a Travel Lodge

I stayed for one night as it is in a brilliant location for visiting and supporting family. I was welcomed by Jenny in reception, and as I had arrived early, I took advantage of paying £10 for early check-in. Jenny found me a room, and I was able to settle in before going out on my visits. On my return I had a lovely meal in the restaurant which was excellent value. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, easy check in, large room comfy bed, good night's sleep The only thing that let the two night stay down was the breakfast in the Brampton Hut, which on both days was lack luster and definitely not Premier when compared to my other stays at Premier Inns!

A comfortable cleanish room which served a purpose at a more realistic price would have been spot on. Certainly the hotel was no better than any travel lodge I have ever stayed in and they are usually cheaper. Breakfast as always was the best value part of the experience.

Absolutely as a Premier Inn should be... clean, comfy bed usual room facilities - including a fabulous power shower. Only issue for us was lack of air-conditioning with very (unseasonably for September) weather which made the room very hot at night. No air-conditioning and very little window opening, although a free-standing fan was available.

This hotel must be avoided at all cost during summer months. I had one of the worst nights of my life in a 30 deg C sweat box. When I couldn?t take it anymore at 04:30, I found several fellow guests sitting in their cars just to cool off. The window opens 2 inches and there?s a fan to blow all the hot air around. No ventilation, no air conditioning in any part of the hotel. Impossible to sleep due to the heat. Avoid at all costs. A real health hazard.

For the amount of money paid per night for this hotel, you would at least expect air conditioning or be able to open a window or have a fan that can cool your room. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel where i have to go to the bar and ask for repeated buckets of ice to put in front of the fan in my room. My room temp was approx 32 degrees plus, not helped by the lack of not being able to open the window sufficiently to get air in or have a fan that cooled the room. I asked reception if i were possible to have another fan, but due to being fully booked, the answer was no. The Brampton Inn is generally fully booked and brings in a revenue of approx £32k per night. To me, this poses the question, why the hell can't this hotel giant actually give a s**t about their clients and install a basic heating/cooling system which will benefit not just the client but also their business long term!

Would not stay in warm weather as no air con my room was in sun all afternoon and did not sleep at all due to heat temperature of room. Took a while to get attention of staff to check in when there was no one at reception desk

Idiot smoking in room caused late night fire alarm. Breakfast buffet the following morning poorly stocked. Trying to get bacon and eggs problematic with shortages and queues. Took four trips to the buffet (lengthy queues each time) to try and get basic items that kept running out. One toaster and one coffee machine also ensured more queuing.

We booked in expecting a normal Premier Inn stay but were very disappointed by how hot the room and corridors were. A fan was provided which we had on most of the first night. The weather was not typical summer so if outside temperatures had been normal the room would have been unbearable. We did point it out to reception who apologised fir the lack of air conditioning.

Have stayed in many Premier Inns. This one is amongst the best. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we had dinner in the Restaurant beside the hotel. The food was exceptionally good for the kind if establishment - no complaints at all. We had one big problem: the hotel is in a small services area which has a tower mentioning what's there. The PI isn't mentioned and is hiding behind a filling station down an access road which looks more like a lorry park. There are no signs so we thought the satnav had got it wrong. We headed off down the A14 but eventually realised it must have been at the services area after all. Perhaps we missed a sign twice but PI should check to make sure there's no room for doubt. Apart from that, excellent!

The hotel is clean and comfortable and up the usual Premier Inn standard. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. I was travelling on my motorbike and the receptionist told me the car park has CCTV, asked where my bike was parked and said she would keep an eye on it. Eat in the pub next door where the food was tasty and reasonably priced.

Sorry I wouldnt normally leave a poor review but this was business and could'nt sleep due to road noise as the window as open due to air con being broken. It's also a little un nerving for my colleague to have so many parked lorries outside her room window.

We were staying in Huntingdon to meet up with family. We stayed for four nights and traveled to Cambridge, Stamford, St Ives and Nene Valley. This is the perfect location to access all within 30 minutes.

Typical Premier Inn, great service, excellent nights sleep, clean room with all the amenities you want at a good price. We saw online that people had a moan there was no air conditioning at this hotel but I knew this cos it says so on the website. The hotel phoned before we arrived to tell us theer was no air con which was a nice touch and when we arrived there was a free standing fan in our room....well done Huntington Premier Inn.
