I went in as my touchscreen wasn't working and they conducted a 30-minute assessment. On return, I was given back my phone but now the display wouldn't work. So, basically, they broke the phone even more. Now I cannot even access it - even with a multiport adapter - to retrieve my files and so on.Very disappointing as I wasn't told about any risks their assessment might pose to the display before they 'checked it out'.Avoid.

Rafi is very good at fixing things on most counts. A warm welcome everytime I have visited to get something fixed, repaired or replaced.

RIP OFF!We went in to get a phone screen replaced and was quoted more than the phone cost us originally.We were shown a phone we believed was new and bought it. When we asked our daughter to set the phone she told us the phone we were sold was a massive down grade. The phone was second hand as it had signs of wear and the previous owner had left the original receipt in the box. The guy in the shop had charged more for the phone second hand than the previous owner had new.Absolutely gutted. Taking advantage of our age its discusting.

I broke my I phone 12 pro max he told me it was going to cost £250 to replace just the rear glass as the whole phone had to come apart and would take 3 days for parts where as other shops £65-£90 and would take 1 hour maximum wouldn?t recommend this placeIn return to your response you never sad you was going to replace the lot all I wanted was the back replacing nothing extra just what I asked for so no compliments at all in that message maybe if you had listened to your customer for what the wanted then you may have had a customer but probably not too busy ??

Personally I don't think they deserve 1 star, brought a screwdriver and didn't check my change. Got change for £10 & not the £20 I gave them.

They said they'd call me on Friday, and did. There were no extra costs. The people there were polite. They even had my phone screen protector available for purchase. Great local shop.

If I could leave less then 1 star I would charged for phone work not delivered. Avoid, shop assistant tried to say it wasn't him who served me. Unhelpful and best to avoid.

Alas can only give my experience 2 stars, I should have read the reviews before going to the store, others may have had better experiences, sorry not for me, should I need mobile repair services in the future I will not be returning.

Handed phone in for repair, left contact information. When I went to collect they had not attempted to fix because they wanted more information, didn't call because 'they forgot'.
