Great friendly staff, who have a vast knowledge. They seem to have something for any pets you have. Join the loyalty group, discounts and freebies regularly. You can take your pets in there with you. Grooming service available as well.

I think that Pets at Home in Huntingdon is a wonderful place to visit ? and i have got two lovely guinea pigs from there and there is a lovely, kind and very knowledgeable young lady called Tilda who works there and she was so so helpful and understanding and helped me understand how to care for them and helped me choose them and i think she has a heart of gold ??? and i would love to give her 10 stars ? and she is one in a million ?

It?s ok and seems to have more choice than Bar Hill or Cambridge, so if you can?t find the specific food in the other two stores, they generally have it. Check on the pets at home www before you go to make sure though.

Went to get some tropical fishes, there was this sales girl who was cold and was giving away conflicting answers to my questions, it appeared that she did not want us to buy the fish we wanted and gave some technical excuses. At the till, even though she knew we were first time buyers, did not offer the 10% discount, it was when I asked she rudely replied that it's not automatic and needs to be requested, Her manager seems to support her, which implies the culture of poor customer service in this company.
I have seen another bad review and am wondering if it's the same sales girl, Real pity ?
