We switched to Peter Lane after a chain collapse ? a decision we quickly regretted.
When they found us a buyer, they repeatedly refused to confirm whether they?d passed on crucial information that could cause the sale to fall through. We asked for transparency several times to avoid another collapse, but got none.
At the same time, our previous (and far more professional) agent secured another buyer and was fully open with us. Confident their buyer was properly informed, we returned to them.
That?s when Peter Lane turned hostile: sending lengthy, aggressive emails, multiple missed-call chases, and ? months later ? an angry legal threat over documents we?d already sent.
Unprofessional, unpleasant, and not acting in our best interests. If you value transparency and professionalism, avoid this company ? there are far better agents in Huntingdon.

Peter Lane have restored my faith in estate agents. I was worried about selling after past experiences but they took on all viewings, negotiations and kept me completely informed throughout the whole process. Anne-Marie was incredibly attentive and helpful, even providing external contacts. Can't recommend them enough!! Thank you

Overall the experience with Peter Lane was decent, due to Tracy being extremely good at her job & being willing to go above & beyond for us throughout the process whilst at times communication from the other party wasn't the best. Tracy willingly communicated out of hours, over weekends, etc., and really seemed to bend over backwards to ensure a smooth process where possible.
The only reason it's 4 star & not 5 start is due to communications with another colleague not being great given the situation we found ourselves in with regards to the process dragging on the other parties' end, but I couldn't speak highly enough of Tracy as an agent.

Peter Lane Estate Agents have been incredibly attentive and helpful, supporting my wife and I through the horrendous process of moving house. Cannot speak highly enough of them all! A little word of particular praise must go to Tracy Sullivan who has been exceptional. Highly recommend Peter Lane Estate Agents, the only place to go for buying/selling a house!

From the very first viewing to the final steps of exchange and completion (early this week), they were always just a phone call away, ready with caring advice and clear guidance that made the whole process far less daunting.

Highly recommend Peter Lane in Huntingdon. We used them to both sell our house and then buy our new house too. They were great from start to finish, couldn?t fault them one bit. Every single member of staff we dealt with from the first valuation to picking up our keys were super knowledgable and helpful. We were kept very well up to date throughout the whole process. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful time a very easy one.

I was very pleased with their handling of the recent sale of my mother's property. I wasnt living in the area and had to rely on them to give access as required. They were responsive, conscientious and helpful and kept me informed of the progress of the sale. I would have liked a little more input into the setting of the sale price. We were unfamiliar with prices in the area and, with hindsight, I think we set the price a little lower than perhaps we needed to. Overall though I would be happy to recommend them.

We bought our house through Peter Lane and they were lovely. One thing we were thankful for was, through the chaos period of exchanging and completing, they were so on the ball and dropped everything to make sure they could keep us up to date through all the panicked phone calls.

This is the second time we've used Peter Lane to sell and buy a property. We were very happy that after returning 24 years later, Colin was able to assist us yet again in valuing and marketing our property. The service provided was excellent and Tracy kept us updated with any viewings and promptly gave us feedback on every viewing. We also purchased our new home with Peter Lane and the staff doing the viewings were very helpful and answered any questions we had. Once we agreed on the sale of our new home, we dealt with Anne-Marie who kept us updated and liased with solicitors right through until completion. We would highly recommend Peter Lane, very professional and excellent customer service ?
