It's unfortunate that I feel I have to leave this review. My parents whom are both over the age of 75 reported a loss of heating and hot water to the papworth trust on 27/4/23 still had no response from them a day later. I called the trust to find out the situation to be told that as we were past march heating and hot water complaints are now not seen as emergencies and that an appointment has been made for Thursday 4th may 23. It would appear that the Papworth trust feel it's adequate to leave Tennant's without heating and hot water for a week despite them both being of a vulnerable age.

I have a disabled sister and i have sent paperwork twice now tot he papworth trust the first time they claim that they have no record of us requesting any housing the second time now more than one month ago not even an acknowledgement of receiving paper work. So yet again I will have to phone and chase them spend ages getting through to again find they have done nothing. Its a complete waste of time . I am desperate for help with my sister but its clear I will have to give up my job as nurse to help my sister function . So the Nhs will loose a nurse with 34 years experience.as these people dont do their job
