Great customer service from this young lady. (Sophie I think) Visited the store 27th of July. Collected my parcel on Saturday. Ordered men?s size 11 black Nike trainers. But received women?s size 4. She was under pressure due to the queue was forming but unable to process anything on the till before 10am. But handle it great. Thankyou.

Today I popped into Huntingdon store. The lady behind the till was very very helpful finding and enquiry about my missing oder. She went above and beyond for me. Very pleasant and very nice see great customer service 5 stars ?

Great selection wish there was more plus size clothes in store rather than having to buy online. Usually great value for money and last longer than cheaper alternatives. Love the socks and the night wear

Love next. Their clothes are stylish, have a nice cut, comfortable and last well. They may be a bit pricier than some other shops, but what you get is superior quality good fitting clothes.

The rudest staff. Appalling covid precautions- suggest staff remind themselves that without customers they may well end up jobless. Revisit your Covid-19 protocols as hauds of people waiting for collections in a small area is not safe at all.And to the lady on the till- pop yourself on a customer service course. Your attitude was utterly horrific.

They charge for parking and are unable to change money for their own customers. I rather shop elsewhere where the customer service is good.

Next is a bit of a let down a store this big that carries little to no stock for men or homeware if they got rid of the Costa that would help. The last thing Huntingdon needed was another Costa. I would rather be able to buy clothes.
