I came to buy some trousers the lady who assisted me was most helpful and i was advised on my correct waist size i bought some shoes i felt so happy i came to buy my purchases theres a cafe i like and the lift saved a trip up the stairs

Great customer service from this young lady. (Sophie I think) Visited the store 27th of July. Collected my parcel on Saturday. Ordered men’s size 11 black Nike trainers. But received women’s size 4.
