Popped into St Ives Cambridgeshire branch today to sort mother's payment book which phases out in 6months + open up an account for myself.
Ben wow absolute credit to Nationwide branch St Ives Cambridgeshire.
He was so helpful & so knowledgeable - best building society member of staff we have ever come across!
Cannot thank him enough for all of his help & advice today.
A really lovely staff member who really cares about customers.

I have to say many thanks to the Huntingdon Natwionwide Manager ( Heidi ) for the excellent support that provide to me and my wife today . Being honest I was ready to leave Nationwide by the continious lack of care and support that I found not only in Ramsey Branch but also by phone ... I did change my mind after being so well received and supported by Heidi ... I have to say that is Managers like Heidi that add value to any buisiness! Thank you

Stopped by Huntington branch today 21/11/23 to ask for help regarding setting up NW app on another phone.Sam was on the case and sorted out our request very quickly.It was so helpful to speak to a real person instead of some chatbot nonsense.Thanks again Sam.

This nationwide branch in huntingdon have always been super helpful. The branch manager was amazing on both occasions we required her assistance.1. She helped merge our mortgage onto our internet banking account so we could few it and make over payments easier.2. She was amazing in assisting me with some fraud that was found on my account and helped me go through the process of putting me in tough with ther fraud team to reimburse some money that had been taken out.Always friendly staff on hand to help with any questions or concerns. Branch was also pleasantly busy, so hopefully they keep this branch open for many more years to come.

The only local nationwide that is open for a few hours on a Saturday. We wish they were open longer as the St Ives branch is opened very few hours that are accessible for working people. The opening hours do koto meet with my needs. If it wasn't so much hassle I would change banks to a bank with longer opening hours. For for the time being I am managing with online banking. But not everyone has the ability to use or do online banking.
