A lovely place which we recommend:
* great staff: friendly, helpful and professional;
* great food at a reasonable price: in the 6 years since Nando?s opened on this site, we have never had a meal there that we did not enjoy;
* great venue: nice atmosphere, clean, friendly and with plenty of parking;
* great also for take-aways.
Dietary restrictions: Our son has a gluten and dairy intolerances. Staff always make sure that they?re aware of any food allergy or intolerance and are able to advise on suitable alternatives or to exclude ingredients that our son (or anyone else) shouldn?t have.
Kid-friendliness: A family friendly place and also Autistic aware! Since Nando?s opened at this venue six years ago, we have been regular customers. Our son has severe autism and everyone (Jamie, Leoni, Megan and the rest of the team) always make sure that we have a suitable table, that the food arrives promptly and they are very understanding if, occasionally, we need to suddenly ask for our meals to be boxed as take away if our son decides to cut short the outing.

Shocking service ,cold food and a long wait, been here probably 50 times over the years and last Sunday will be the last ,waited 40 mins for cold food ,wrong order came up took another 10 mins for food to come back to the table then when I asked to speak to the manager he struggled to say sorry,Very poor customer service ,spent over £100 will take my money somewhere else next time !

went on a drive to this nando?s as our usual/local restaurant was missing a lot of items. after a 20 minute wait for a seat we ordered our food, which came promptly. both the server and the man on the door were really nice :-) my partner?s food was great, as was mine. we will return if we are ever back in this area :-)

They need a new chef, probably the worst standard of food I?ve had at any Nando?s ever. I?m sure they just don?t care whatsoever, garlic bread is soggy every single time. Chicken wrap is poor and half the time the rice is hard. Worst Nando?s by far.

We ordered a veg dish, told them specifically not to add chicken but they did. We realized after we started eating. It was awful being a vegetarian

Worst experience ever ! We did a click and collect order with half an hour late ? our food stayed on the bar for 20min so it?s definetly cold ! No one came to speak to us ? we tried to get some informations from the staff but the manger and front of house are so much valuable to be able to do their job!
It was my first time in Nando ´s and definitely the last !
And at last the chicken was really really dry for a chicken restaurant
