Worse car I've ever purchased.I traded my 68 plate fiat 500, for a 2016 Mokka Turbo( on 4 years of finance)I called within a short time of purcasing to notify of a whistling/fibrating noise and was told it's probably just condensation in the exhaust.I took it into them to look at & was told all ok prob the 1st explanation.2 yrs down the road, i have had numerous other problems with the car & It has cost me a lot in repairs. On top of that, the really annoying noise is even louder.I am very disappointed in my part exchange purchase.

On this visit, I found them very disappointing. I wanted to enquire about a service after my purchase 5-6 months ago. I was told no one could help today, but we'll call you Monday to date, but still no call.

Brought a car from here 4 years ago, the salesman wasn't pushy and I got a good deal. However, 1 year later my car went back here for a recall and I was told I needed new front pads and discs and was quoted a stupid high price !I took my car to the same companies garage in Cambridge and only had to have new pads and price was competitive.I told the service guy in Cambridge branch that the Huntingdon branch was unhelpful and quoted for work that didn't need doing. His reply was "your not the first person to say that"!Draw your own conclusions !!My car now goes to Cambridge for any work that needs doing as the Cambridge branch of the same dealership doesn't try and rip you off.

Went there this morning to enquire about satnav parts and services seemed to comfy on their chairs and uninterested in solving problem two employees listened and looked bored and were of no help whatsoever would not recommend and my left very disappointed

Once we pointed out we had contacted garage to report fault, the attitude of the operative changed. Up to that point he wasn't particularly helpful.

Even though I am not a customer I was blown away by the level of service offered.My van had been in another Vauxhall dealership for 12 days (not of the murketts variety), the dealership had failed to diagnose my vehicle digitally or proceed with a trial and error approach. I finally had enough and thought I would ring for a bit of advice and to see if they had encountered the same issues. Matt (the service manager) and I had a 24 minute conversation and every minute was spent with Matt trying to help me, he put me on hold to speak to one of his top technicians and within 30 seconds came back and told me to forward the info on a very possible fix to the other dealership. He had even offered to speak with them over the phone to help get my van back on the road. That was at 3.30pm on Friday, by 5pm Monday I had my van back, fixed and sat on my drive.I really can't thank Matt enough for his help and generosity, it's not often nowadays that people do things for no gain, although I shall definitely endeavour to use the services offered by murketts in the future.

Excellent every time I have visited for servicing. Most recent visit to have aircon' overhauled. Completed rapidly and now 100% working in current very high external temperatures. I really hope Vauxhall retain them as a service and parts agent.

Good job as usual. Pay for the dedicated engineers but haggled a little on the tyres and exhaust and got a discount and offer of a three month payment option.

Needed my wingmirror repaired. I explained at the Service desk the motor needed replacing as well as the glass but was assured it was just the glass. Returned to have the glass fitted, the engineer tore off and shattered my stick on mirror to reveal he could not fit the new part as the motor behind was broken; not his fault. Was told the motor would arrive the next day but it didn't. Spoke to the service desk via telephone the following morning and informed him I would be there between 4:30-4:45 to have both fitted. Arrived to be told that they would not fit it as it was too late in the day and was sent away with the parts despite not having a usable wingmirror. A bad experience created by the Service desk. Will be travelling to a different and further away garage in the future.

I bought a used car from here a few months back. I dealt with Ben who was courteous, professional and not at all pushy. The car has been fantastic and the the after sales service for just a couple of minor problems were sorted really quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again for any future car purchases as I totally trust them.
