“Wonderful service from Chris today - I ordered a phone via click + collect which sadly didn't go through correctly. Chris spent ~45 minutes walking me through repurchasing the handset and airtime I was after, advising me on the best tariff for travel abroad, and arranging for trade in of my old handset. He took the time to help me with the data transfer from my old phone to new phone, too, and has organised for the original contract and handset that I bought online to be returned and refunded when they arrive into store, Thanks Chris!”
