We waited 35 mins for a quarter pounder meal and a pineapple ice drink due to a broken self-service machine and they only served deliveroo drivers. The worst part is THEY GAVE ME GHERKIN and I DID NOT ASK FOR It! I even took it off my order! THE WORST!

Very friendly place. Occasionally can be busy, but prices are OK.
Kid-friendliness: It is kid-friendly, sometimes the music is noisy, but but so disturbing.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can enter with a wheelchair.

What I like about this place is that I hardly speak with humans. The self-service machine is more user-friendly than human services. I let my fingers do the talking. Within 20 minutes, I'm out of the restaurant feeling full and happy. My only resentment is that the portion is too small for such an expensive price. On an unhappy note, I must say the staff are getting lazier. They are getting paid, and yet they don't want to do a lot. Is it too much to ask for them to clear the tables? They have robots taking orders. Customers collecting their own meals. As for me, I like to be served, and I think it's only fair to ask for such services.

You have to wait for atleast 5-10mins to collect your order though it will be displayed as order is ready to collect.

I ordered McDonald's through Uber eats and I got fast service of 13 minutes!! However with fast service you expect hot food.
Everything was cold except from the coke! Explain that one.
I knew this wasn't Uber eats problem so I called McDonalds and I got through to a guy called mark who is the "supposed manager" he than lied to my face by saying he doesn't understand why it's cold as all orders are made to order.
I than said well that must not be true witch than he lied to me again and said no we make to order and tried to blame uber eats.
Becareful of this mark he is a outstanding liar and I will be taking this further hopefully they will look at my time of order and see if it was made fresh.
