Turned up a couple of days ago only to find the place still shut for renovation work! Far from ideal when you?ve travelled especially for it from the A14 to take a trip to the M&S. A sign or some sort of indicator to mention it?s closed before you waste your fuel to get there may be of use to people! Not impressed.

A huge thank you to Jay or J at Brampton Hut services on 21st September 2022 at approximately 13.00. Whilst travelling south on the A1 a tyre sensor started to warn of loss of pressure. I visually checked the tyres on the hard shoulder and decided to drive on to Brampton Hut services. There I started to use the digital tyre inflation system but was not successful. I walked into the shop to explain the problem and ask for help as I needed to get my husband to the dentist. Jay was a perfect, caring, young gentleman who donned gloves and a Hi Vis jacket and came to help. Nothing was too much trouble, we were obviously concerned and he was most reassuring even offering to get us coffee.I sincerely hope that an M&S or BP manager reads this review and ensures that Jay's excellent customer service is acknowledged in some way.

We stopped for gas and food and I wanted to go to the bathroom. Except that toilets (men) were really unclean, so I could simply not use them. So we did not buy any food.Unpleasant experience.

They always have good food and a good selection. Price is not that cheap, however it is on-par with other service station prices but the quality is a lot better so worth it

My Valentine's Day order was cancelled...no call or email to explain. Disgusting service. Will never use them again. Pity I had to give a 1star rating. Just pants!

The service was good and they have an alright selection but the prices are a joke. £4 for a sandwich, £2.50 for a pot noodle etc. You can get 3 sandwiches at Lidl for that price.
