The only bad experience lve now had twice in Lidl, is the quality of lilies in flower market section. On two occasions half the heads fell off on removing the wrapper and within an hour the remaining flowers were wilted and looking a sorry state. Never again will l buy cut flowers. Everything else is still excellent value good produce and products.

Huge queue for buying one item when I couldn't use cash at self check out when I had left my card in the car. This why I don't use Lidl very often.

Visited Lidl in Huntingdon, UK and found products we normally buy in Lidl Zwijndrecht, Netherlands. I felt like home. Paid with ABN card using the self service counter.

I like Lidl and enjoy finding good deals....but your staff at this location needs to be retrained on better customer service. I understand that a job as a cashier is always going to be busy, but it only takes a few seconds to say hello and great the customer you are waiting on. On several occasions I have experienced cashiers not greeting customers or saying goodbye. I also understand that you would like a fast experience at checkout, but please have your employees keep in mind that not everyone is physically able to move at top speed to bag shopping. Not all disabilities with people are visible at the surface. If you see a customer struggling and getting flustered/rushing due to the cashier being overly fast....then as a cashier you should slow down.

Slightly better choice of produce, bakery especially, compared to it's Aldi rival, but now most prices are similar to Tesco.

Prices for products not shown in a lot of things, picked up the Christmas catalogue, no prices shown you have to go online to get prices, both my mum and mother in law are old and shop there, neither are online, so can not see prices, so looking to shop from Aldi Christmas catalogue
