Every time I try to use the Huntingdon branch, they never answer the phone so I use another local company.
Today I've tried 4 times to call them but nothing, the phone just rings for a minute or so and cuts off. It's like this every time so now I just won't bother.
Why don't you answer your phone?

Really good experience. I went expecting I would need to book to come back but I was wrong. All 4 tyres changed and Air Con re gas done all in the same afternoon.

Update august 2025, new staff again, top lads, while these guys are here I see no problem!
Update @ 04/03/2022 , new staff rotation again and won't be going back anytime soon, cancelling MOTs 1 day before expiry and not answering phones, went to paypal for a refund for mrs MOT, when i was in the other week for my MOT there was no more than 5mm gap from my car being scraped off wall on taking it in to the bay, wasn't happy with the the way it was jacked up \ block slipped on front frame etc
******Went for MOT and tracking ....Byron & Kieran both friendly helpful and know what they're doing! Always come back for the MOT because it's easy to book online and cheap and the guy doing the MOT has always been good
Garage side though Previously had to take my own spanners to this garage when kid that used to work here tried to use one three sizes too big to adjust the tracking .... When I offered the tools this time and explained they were disappointed at how bad it had got before they started working here ... And reassured me they didn't need my tools
In summary was really good for a while then staff moved on and it went down hill rapidly .... Byron Kieran and the new manager (didn't get his name) at this place are bring it right back up !

I ordered a small service for my car on a website. After arriving, I learned that they don't do the service, only a friendly company. The wait time turned from one hour to three, and the mechanic, if you ask me, couldn't clear the service light. I paid for the service in advance

Id like to thank the guys at Kwik Fit Huntingdon for looking after me and my sons whilst travelling to Essex a few days ago. I picked up a puncture whilst travelling and rolled into Kwik Fit pretty desperate to get it fixed and carry on my journey. They very quickly fixed the issue and i was on my way.
