“Mary was an absolute star! She helped me see all the types of silver chain I needed and let me feel and see what they were like along side fitting my own pedant on the chains. She helped me pick something durable for me l, the right length and material for my budget. She was so friendly and lovely to be in the store with. We talked about other jewellery too and let me know so much about ring and bangles and their design team. I can’t wait to use their design team in the future. Such a great experience. “Visited there for a piercing (July 23) for my daughter, great staff very friendly on arrival - lots of info etc. spoke to her explained what was going on and really lovely! I decided to get mine done again whilst we were there afterwards ……. Despite coping well with hers my daughter had a funny turn watching me and nearly fainted - both the manager (didn’t get his name) and the lovely girl working in there (daughter seemed to think it was Ella or emily) at the time were great - spent time with her fetched her water and a lolly for somesugar, even fanned her to help cool her down! Really thoughtful and stayed with her until she felt okay to get up again. Oh and the piercings look good too !!!”
