I'm just shocked that Outlet has changed so much, there used to be absolutely perfect prices for everything, do it was REAL OUTLET! Now same prices like at normal shop, very dissappointing! Never will go there again, in the past I was visiting regularly. Such a shame, please remove name "outlet"!

I love going into this shop. There is a very lovely blonde Polish lady who is so friendly and always remembers me. I'm clearly there too often! Everything in this shop is discounted. Way better than the St Neots shop.

Very cool hotel chocolat outlet, there's plenty of parking and the chocolate prices are reduced, giving you a saving which is awesome ? still not cheap tho so be prepared to spend.

We always visit this outlet on our way to Cambridge. The staff is friendly and helpful, the variety of products is good and the outlet prices beat any other chocolatier.

I went into Huntingdon Hotel Chocolate this saturday and was very disappointed by the service I received. This young girl with blonde hair (didn't catch the name) working there was so rude, unhelpful and seemed like she didn't want to be there. I do not often go into this store but sadly won't be returning

This is the outlet shop for the Hotel Chocolat factory in Huntingdon. They sell some of the products at a reduced price. They always have the selectors, usually some sachets for the velvetiser, chocolat liquer and some seasonal products. They also sell refurbished velvetisers at a much reduced price. There is always something we like and want to buy. This time we bought sachets for the velvetiser and a lovely gold tin of truffles. We'll worth a visit if you like good chocolate. Would have been a 5 star review had there been more Christmas products well reduced. There is no restaurant at this site.

Nothing wrong with the place but is not what you expect. It?s not lying it is an outlet (ie shop) at their factory. But factory outlet makes you think savings and real discounts ?. most of the stuff was ?buy 2 save 10%? they had some stuff that looked good (refurbished velvitisors) but then you realised their in store vip club price is only a little more. In my opinion not worth going too unless you specifically want some chocolate from them and are in the area for something else.
