I've had my ears pierced today and I was really late for my appointment. Both ladies were extremely friendly. Sharon went an extra mile and had me for the appointment. No pain at all! It was all so quick that I didnt even realised it was already done. Thank you so much ?

Incredibly helpful staff. Nothing is too much bother for them and they certainly know a huge amount about jewellery. I needed to get my rings removed and resized, I would definitely recommend them.

Mary and Sharon at Huntingdon store both very helpful in ordering and then fitting a new link for my Radley watch. Emailed their repairs department with my specific requirement, phoned me the next day to confirm new link could be ordered, then phoned me a couple of weeks later when they received it in branch. I took my watch in soon after and the link was fitted in about 5 minutes. Very happy with whole experience.

Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable on every one of the 4 separate visits this year. Two visits were for my children who had big birthdays (18th and 21st) and all staff made their experience of helping to choose their birthday gifts a watch for my son and a locket for my daughter, a day to remember. They were made to feel very special, thank you to the manageress and team, we will be back again. Fantastic customer service!

I had a watch gifted that needed adjusting for size and Sharon was very helpful and got the size just right.
I then wanted an everyday watch and after being shown the features of my Citizen watch by the lovely Salesman who happened to be in-store I chose another Citizen eco drive watch as I liked the no-battery ethos and the watch was ideal.
Sharon adjusted the bracelet perfectly again for me.
