Ridiculously slow service, finally got served and poor staff communication meant I didn?t get all I paid for.

Terrible service at this branch. On more than one occasion staff have been rude and dismissive. Today we came in at 5:45 pm and were told harshly that we couldn't sit down, because "the cafe is closed". The door says 7 pm but "that's just so you can buy stuff", the employee explained in a dismissive way. He then proceeded to condescendingly explain how they need to go home so they close 2h early to clean up. Well isn't that grand? If you want to leave early then close early. Don't say you're open until 7 and mistreat customers who've come to spend their hard earned money. However the shop does its shifts is not the customer's problem.

Great pies , steak bakes and pasties, freshly made sandwiches, hot and cold drinks. Friendly and efficient staff.

Food ok. Staff ok. Toilets revolting. Poo on loo seat. No hand was. No toilet paper. No signage to when it was last checked. Gross!

Nice food but could do with trying new tasting pastries and pies and cakes. Other bakeries have done so and Greggs is beginning to fall behind. The fillings are not substantial enough and too liquefied.Parking: It?s location means that it?s part of the high street experience

Went into town which is shut so went to st peters road. It was half 3 doesnt shut till 6 no food left only very dry chicken bites and a few sausage rolls . Really gone down hill recently.

Was given a sausage roll that wasn't cook Properly it was doughy and pink inside and cold and I brough 4 ! Also ordered a coffee and it tasted like gone off milk when I moaned about it was told no refunds ! ? Clearly need workers that can cook and no how to clean the coffee machine out as noone wants the taste of off milk ! I recommended platters in Huntingdon everthing is fresh and hot ! It's right near cash converters ? that's where I went after I put Gregg's crap in the bin ! Oh and Greg's floor is rank tables not cleaned properly and not allowed to use toilets as been cleaned ! I have one kidney ,,,,,,!
