Awful service, apparently they tried to deliver my parcel yesterday and today and they apparently left a calling card. I have not received a card and nobody knocked at our door. Phone service is automated and useless and when i finally did speak to someone they couldn't help me!!

driver tried to intimidate a disabled drive and seid all disabled people should be home tucked up in bed and should not be aloud to drive so fedex condone discrimination and harassment

I live half a mile away and can hear the forklift and tannoy all day, all night. No reason for the tannoy to be that loud. Just noise pollution.

States delivery between 0800 and 1250 Comes at 1539 (noted by CCTV Camera and ARLO Door Bell) nobody at home. Does not leave a card or contact details or how to re-schedule Not the first time this has happened. Substandard delivery and care

Abysmal service! I was waiting for a delivery and knew nobody would probably be at home. So instructions were left with the order to deliver to neighbour. No notification of intended delivery given and low and behold the parcel turns up - driver leaves a card to say delivery failed and returning it to depot.Card says will deliver the next day, so put a large note on the front door to deliver next door. Driver again ignores instructions and takes parcel away. Leaves another card to say they will deliver in 3 days time. What good is that? No phone number anywhere to contact them, tracking number left by the driver is not recognised. This company is rubbish and cannot follow simple instructions. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Ignore redelivery requests both via the website and from their own head office. Wasted 3 days of my life waiting in for them, no communication and instead they return to sender ignoring further instructions from head office.

I have a work account and they are too busy to collect, been waiting a week for a collection and wasting my time phoning customer service to re-arrange pickup, its costing me money and time trying to resolve this................... total given up with them.
