“Visited there for a piercing (July 23) for my daughter, great staff very friendly on arrival - lots of info etc. spoke to her explained what was going on and really lovely! I decided to get mine done again whilst we were there afterwards ……. Despite coping well with hers my daughter had a funny turn watching me and nearly fainted - both the manager (didn’t get his name) and the lovely girl working in there (daughter seemed to think it was Ella or emily) at the time were great - spent time with her fetched her water and a lolly for somesugar, even fanned her to help cool her down! Really thoughtful and stayed with her until she felt okay to get up again. Oh and the piercings look good too !!!”
