Our experience with Eurocell was very disappointing. While the issues were eventually resolved after their Managing Director got involved, the overall service was often rude and mostly unhelpful. Any problems that arise later on? You can forget about getting support.
From the outset, they tried to charge us more than the original quote. The delivery driver was exceptionally rude and unpleasant, about the weight of the product???. When we encountered issues with the product, the company showed no interest in helping.
One example was fading on a door, which they blamed on us using a solvent?despite never visiting the site to inspect it.
The product itself seems okay, but if you choose to use Eurocell, proceed with caution.
