Would have no hesitation in recommending Elphicks if you are looking for new furniture. An amazing selection. Friendly, knowledgeable and unobtrusive,extremely helpful staff. Furniture arrived within dates given. On time. Very polite delivery people. All in all extremely happy with the entire process.

We bought a beautiful mattress from Elphicks and the service from beginning to end was superior. Having spent many hours in furniture shops looking for the perfect purchase Elphicks stood head and shoulders above the rest. Delivery was prompt and the communication was excellent, our delivery driver was on time and very helpful. Now currently enjoying the best sleep of our lives and would recommend Elphicks to anyone.

Lived my life sleeping on the cheaper Ikea mattresses and thought I'd treat myself to something nice. I was looking for something local and noticed Elphicks actually did some of the Enchanted House beds that I heard good things about - and unlike online retailers I was free to come in and just give them a go.
They did a great job at giving me multiple options for my price point (tried a Harrison Spinks they recommended and a few others too) and not once did I feel like I was being pushed or pressured into a sale. I got an honest breakdown of the beds, different firmness levels and they were overall very accomodating. The pricing of their items was very competitive too, so I was genuinely quite impressed.
Any issues and questions I had regarding the process and some comparisons I wanted to make were answered fast and correspondence via email/phone was no issue.
Ended up getting both a mattress and bed frame from them and delivery brought it upstairs and set everything up perfectly. Genuinely pretty happy with my experience - I read recently they've been in business for 122 years, and if they keep up like this, 122 more will be no issue.

I recently purchased a sofa from Elphicks of Huntingdon and from the moment I walked through the door to the final delivery, the entire experience was absolutely superb.
From the outset, the customer service was outstanding. The staff were warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, talked me through the different options, and helped me choose a sofa that perfectly suited my space and needs. Their attention to detail and product knowledge really stood out.

It?s not very often you get good old fashioned family service but the team here excel. Really lovely showroom (I drove two hours to visit) fantastic knowledge and customer service. Can?t recommend them enough! Oh, and the sofa we bought is beautiful.

Purchased two sofas from Elphicks and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Made to feel welcome upon our initial visit and the team were extremely helpful and accommodating. Ordering the sofas was very straight forward and Elphicks communicated efficiently and if anything, exceeded expectations, as the sofas were delivered sooner than anticipated, which was followed by an efficient delivery. Would certainly recommend Elphicks to anyone and I am sure we will be back in the future!

I cannot recommend highly enough. From the moment you walk in the door the shop has a great selection of high quality furniture. What really recommends this place are the staff and their extensive knowledge of the furniture and how helpful and patient they are. Very rare to get this kind of experience today.
