Would NOT recommend to anyone
They do not stick to appointments you could be waiting up to 45 mins even if you have an appointment and they still accept walking to sit down and wait.
I would definitely avoid pay a bit more and go somewhere else!!

When this nail salon opened up all staff were lovely, welcoming and did a brilliant job - after a few weeks they began to get rude, snappy and do a very poor job. I came in on friday afternoon 2 hours before they closed and asked for an infill they told me 40 minutes. i waited, and waited and an hour and a half later i asked how much longer as they started taking other people who walked in after me without an appointment. the guy said sorry and asked me to wait another half hour but by that time they?d be closing. absolutely fuming. staff could?ve told me ages ago that it was going to be a longer wait and not just let me sit there with no communication whatsoever. such a waste of time. left without a service.

Awful service, untrained staff, dirty place, not worth a penny spent there. If you go and spend money here you might as well have chucked the money in a blender, along with your nails because that's what they'll look like when they're done with you.

Customer service is very poor - when you book appointments you still have to wait over an hour and they expect you to wait. And when you walk in as a service that?s offered, they don?t not have the courtesy to let you know that they are fully booked and let you be in there over an hour for them to tell you that they have other booked appointments.
Prices vary - I guess on your look as the displayed amount is not the same charged on the day and have to argue and reference the board to get the right price.
There is a lot of personal info that you are always asked ?do u have a boyfriend?.
Some of the staff are not properly trained, few customers have been injured to the point of bleeding and the staff do not show concern when this happens. Or offer first aid neither do they anti bac clean the tool that will have caused the injury /cut
With all that, there is never an apology of the time wasted or injury had. Life carry?s on!
