I had my first wax ever today at El's beauty salon, and although I was a little anxious, El turned it into a very nice experience. Her studio is clean and comfortable, and she reassured me with her professionalism and skills. She is chatty and funny, and this helped me relax to the point where it was nowhere near as painful as I thought it was going to be. I feel lucky to have found her and won't go anywhere else now.

I had my first treatment today at El's Beauty with Elsi. She was so lovely, she carried out my treatment to the highest standard and was super nice throughout. El was friendly and chatty. However, we came from a long way away and had a holiday booked the next morning, so to have an appointment booked at 1.30pm and it get delayed until 2:45pm, then delayed again until 5pm, for her to eventually turn up at 6pm was unprofessional. Also got told different prices over text message prior to the appointment compared with what we were quoted on the day. Admittedly, this could have been a genuine mistake, but to not own up to this mistake and honour the prices quoted was again, unprofessional. The waxing itself was done well. Shame about the customer service.
