Really good turn around on made to order gate. Ordered late Tuesday here in the S.E. Friday morning. Emailed enquiry about matching slam post and received a call within hours from a lady who could not be more helpful. The gate itself is solid and appears well put together. Just a shame I don't need more gates!

Really good solid products. I ordered a picnic bench/table from them and was impressed with the quick turnaround. they kept me updated on the delivery date and it was delivered really quickly from my order, in less than a week! the bench itself was easy to assemble and looks great.

Cannot fault these guys. I have recently used them to furnish our outdoor spaces at multiple holiday lets across the country. Super responsive with communication and their products are such good quality.Highly recommended!

What a great company to deal with,delivered on time.I purchased the walk through picnic bench comes flat pack,easy to put together.The quality of timber used is top notch,I will definitely recommend E Timber to anyone wanting a good quality bench

I can honestly say I have never experienced customer service like it! Responsive, mega fast, super friendly and exceptionally helpful. Evelyn, you have been absolutely marvellous, if I could give you 10 stars I would! The bench is beautiful quality and I cannot wait for us to use it in the warmer weather!We will definitely be back and I have no hesitation in recommending you and your products! I needed a non standard width gate (80cm), which are difficult to find. The specially made gate is perfect. Well made in quality timber and delivered safely within a few days. What an incredible company! I had a disaster and needed a gate urgently and they built us one in 24 hrs ready for our courier to collect - it?s beautifully made and Evelyn and Keith were absolutely brilliant - highly recommended!!

It is very rare nowadays to deal with online retailers who are so efficient. From the initial contact to the delivery of our product, the service was exemplary. Our picnic table was well made, came complete, with clear installation instructions and delivered within 48 hrs. Clearly made to commercial quality it is now installed in our Airbnb for our guests to enjoy. Spent a while looking for a new bench chose the 6 seater as it was reasonably priced & looked very sturdy took a while to be delivered due to covid-19 & shortage of timber which being in the construction trade I was well aware of I was kept updated though eventually got an email from TNT & a phone call from the lady in the office saying it would be delivered within 24hrs which it was & I'm glad I did choose this company & waited most of the construction is done it's basically screwing the legs & seat to the table top & that's it it's good quality & sturdy timber & for the price outstanding value for money I highly recommend e-timber & wouldn't hesitate to use them again ????

Ordered two garden gates online. As always, this can be hit and miss in respect of quality etc.I was delighted with the products and the service. They telephoned me with details of the dispatch and delivery times. Very helpful and courteous lady. The products were also carefully protected by wooden battens for bumps in transit(which was needed). This is a good company with old fashioned attention to detail and customer service and quality product.

I purchased an 8 seater round picnic table, The Quality is excellent, purchased on Ebay during these trying times ,I dealt with Keith through email, who was amazing regarding delivery and advice relating to my purchase. Bought a 6ft picnic bench.I shopped around on the net for days and many hours before settling here for the best price (for a 6 footer).It came really well packed - delivered by TNT and pretty quick. The bench is top draw. It was in three parts, I built it in less than 15minutes! ... And I?m one of those guys who will try the DIY, but is better suited to paying someone else more skilled to do it!!!It?s awesome.I?m sitting at it right now having a glass of wine.It?s my new pub bench in the garden : ) -100% recommended
