Put my car in for an MOT and service yesterday. Pleased with the service they offered, car runs a treat good for another year . A plus is the fact they have a washroom and toilet for customers .

FANTASTIC! Took my car into Durrant's on Friday after the offside spring had gone. They got us I'm very quickly and were completely upfront and honest about wait times etc. Unfortunately they were unable to source an aftermarket part and had to go to the mail dealer, thus increasing our cost slightly but this was out of their control. They had the car ready a day earlier than anticipated and the service from start to finish was exemplary. Highly recommended.

Called here for an emergency repair to a brake caliper. Wonderful service. Diagnosed, new part ordered and delivered in half hour. Repair completed in less than one and half hours and price very reasonable. Our travel plans totally saved.. Recommended to anyone who needs work in the area.

Very poor service. Had to fight to get mileage confirmed, as they didn't add it to the paperwork. I must have called/emailed around 10 times before they did anything. Won't be using again.

I've been here too many times to count due to a car that caused me a lot of trouble. They've always been helpful and incredibly nice. Earlier this year my brakes slipped on a rainy day, when the day after I was due to drive to a friends. Anthony got me in same day to look at them, they offered me coffee, and tightened them all for free for me. Brought my new car in last Friday to get the brake pads done, and the very pleasant mechanic saved my caliper so I didn't need a replacement. The female receptionist was also very friendly and helpful when I rung up to book it in. I'm afraid I never caught their names but it was a great experience. Definitely not taking my new car to any other garages!
