Very very disappointed that I have been trying for a week to use the textile take back scheme. First time I just took the stuff and was told the storage space was already full - my bad, I should have rung first. Was told to try again today. Started ring them yesterday to check there would be space, rang 8 times before finally being answered at 10.30 today, to be told the area was empty last night (when I had been ringing but they hadn't been answering) but was full again now. I'm only giving them 2* not 1, because it is a good thing they are trying to do, but they are failing miserably because no-one answers phones.

Food was lovely. Staff were absolutely brilliant. Couldn?t ask for a better café and they were so helpful. Had a good laugh about a scone whether you put the cream or the jam first. And the decision was does it matter?

Absolutely dreadful customer service. We ordered three bar stools and paid for next day delivery. The sales person assured us they would be with us the following day as we needed them for a family event. Took delivery of two the next morning and we?re told the third would be delivered separately later in the day. No shock that there was no sign of it and absolutely zero communication from Dunelm. I have since been trying to contact them but nobody answers the phone so looks like I will need to waste even more of my time and money driving down to the store. Will never use them again, disgraceful.

I?ve recently had a bad experience with the made to measure team and service at Dunelm Huntingdon.
My measuring appointment was booked in for the wrong date, which would have been after the sale ended.
When I rang up to confirm the timing I was told that my booking wasn?t on the system.
The person dealing with me seemed more concerned about telling me about another customer who was booked in for the time I was supposed to have.
When the appointment was eventually made, I changed the type of blind I wanted as the fitter suggested it would let it more light.
I wanted to order x4 blinds, but was then told x2 couldn?t be available in the fabrics I had chosen. This was not made clear to me earlier.
The sales member was very argumentative with me over the phone, stating that this would not have been brought up as I wanted a different blind at the time of quoting instead of apologising.
When speaking to a manager they did little to help, merely told me that the fitter was leaving and they couldn?t fit me in.
I?ve completely lost confidence in this service. If they can?t book a simple appointment I don?t have any faith in the blinds being made correctly. I asked if the 20% sale price could be held for longer due to all the issues I?d experienced and I was told categorically no.
I was shocked and surprised that this wouldn?t be honoured.
I really wanted these fabrics and I?m disappointed that I have no choice but to go elsewhere.

Remember when life was all about music, parties and late nights? Exciting times weren?t they? Well, now it?s not like that! You now get excited about looking at soft furnishings for your living room, the tropical print bed set or maybe buying that cheeky little entrance mat that caught your eye on the way in. The staff are helpful and the shop clean. Parking can be a bit.. entertaining.. whenever you decide to go. Some days it can be like a demolition derby out there.

The range and choice of Ready Made and Fabric for Made to Measure Curtains very good....the customer service in particular is exceptional ...one member of staff especially ....Jenny....was hugely helpful and knowledgeable....
