Took two of my children to have their feet measured this morning. Was seen by Nell, and had the most thorough and friendly service I have ever had in the store. Not that the service has ever been bad but today was especially good.

I went to this store while visiting my mum, after having had a bad customer service experience in my local Clarks store. The staff were amazing and I was even offered a half size in my chosen pair of shoes. I will certainly be going back and would definitely recommend this shop.

Went here to get my daughter shoes. Vikki was amazing! My daughter has an unusual foot size and Vikki had so much knowledge. Vikki immediately knew what shoes would work for my daughter and which ones ran slightly bigger or smaller.

Cannot praise Chloe enough! Two days before start of term we discovered the school shoes we had for our dauhter no longer fit - cue a panicked trip to Clarks. Chloe was kind and patient and helped us find exactly the right style and fit. Brilliant customer service!

Really friendly staff member was very patient and extremely helpful with my daughter as she chose her first pair of school shoes. Even when we passed closing time she guided us with expertise and checked the fitting of the shoes.

Handy having a Clarks in Huntingdon. I always take my children to have their feet measured here, unfortunately I always seem to get the newbie or trainee so I never have that much faith in them.. Have good sales now and then

We visited today in order to have my daughters feet measured. The staff that dealt with us were very friendly, they made us giggle and were amazing with my little girl. The staff are very knowledgeable and this makes us feel reassured when looking for new shoes. Our daughter loves going to Clarks to speak with the shoe ladies. ? Yes, the prices are a bit higher than going to other shoe shops/supermarkets. But its true what they say. You pay for what you get. And you get amazing service and excellent quality shoes

As always brilliant service, quick but perfect fit for children's fitting service. 2 children needing 3 pairs of shoes each and out in less than 45 minutes. Greeted on the door and served straight away. Good choice with staff interesting with us and the children to make sure everyone was happy. New school shoe replacement guarantee explained clearly and is an amazing deal. Well done Clarks and a special Thank you to Lucy who served us. Xx
