Food was standard. Toilets were disgraceful. No toilet roll, urine all over seat and floor and bin was overflowing. Oh and the hand dryer didn't work.

Haven?t been to a Burger King in a long time and I am glad I went in to this one. I was having a awful day and when ordering I was recommended the Dorito fries as I think the server Ben could tell I was looking for comfort (eating my feelings) and he was spot on (thanks Ben).
The main reason my my review is that as I?m sitting eating my food a staff member stops by and asks how my food was and ordering experience etc but following my mumbled yeah great? eyes down reply, stops, looks at me and asks me if I?m ok and then waited for my reply. I won?t go on but I wanted to add this review to let you know that your staff care and made a difference to my day by showing genuine compassion and Pete you were right, it was ok as you said, thanks for taking your time to ask how I was and being that friendly face to pick me up.

I normally don't leave the reviews but after today dinner at burger king Brampton hut , and the service which i got from pete amd Ammish was very fantastic and made me feel good even though I was having very bad day but honestly these guys made my day and the food was very fresh hot and tasty I will defo come back and will recommend every single person

We live local and visit most weekends. We?re always well looked after by Pete the manager as well as his staff who always offer a friendly service. The food is fast and always hot. Half of us are vegetarian, the vegan royale and plant based whoppers are much better than at other fast food restaurant options.

I recently visited Burger King and had a great experience! We accidentally ordered the wrong items, but the staff were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to help us out. Without any hassle, they promptly made us a fresh order, ensuring everything was just right. The food was delicious, and the customer service was top-notch.
